Additional charges will be levied during special weather conditions such as black rain signal, typhoon signal No. 8 or above; or special dates such as Sundays or Public Holidays.
$10,000 will be charged if both Conventional insemination and ICSI are done in the same cycle.
The charge for embryo or egg storage straws is an one-off charge.
For initial freezing and storage of embryos or eggs, the minimal storage period is 3 months.
If the initial storage period for embryos, eggs or sperm is 1 year or longer, the freezing procedure fee will be waived.
